The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in special session at 160 LaSalle Road (Emerald Bay Church, Fellowship Hall) on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM to consider the following agenda:

  • Call to order.
  • Approve /Reject Pay Request from the District Engineer Co. (C.T Brannon Co.) in the amount of $229,838.25 for partial payment to Tank and Vessel Builders, LLC.
  • Approve/Reject PAYSTAR Services Agreement for Online Payment Review and Credit Card Billing Services.
  • Convene Executive Session - Personnel and Job Description modification proposed by District Counsel.
  • Re-convene to open session to Approve/Reject modified Job Description
  • Adjournment
