The District is pleased to present its fourteenth annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). This report, while published in June 2020, reflects the calendar year 2019. This report, along with previous reports, dating back to 2006 when the District took over as the water supplier for Emerald Bay is also available for your review at the District webpage.

The Consumer Confidence Report is a state-mandated report that by law must contain certain subject matter as prescribed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It is intended to ensure that consumers of public water are informed as to the condition of their public water supply. Required information relating to public education, where your water comes from, public participation opportunities, and testing results supplied by the District and the TCEQ are included in this report.
