The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in regular session on Monday, August 16, 2010, at 5:30 pm at the Emerald Bay Club, Emerald Bay, Bullard, Texas 75757, for the purpose of considering the following agenda:

2. Approval of Minutes of July 19 (Regular) and August 2 (Special) meetings

3. Review and approve July 2010 Financial Report

4. Discuss and act on appointment of a new director to fill the unexpired term of Ray Hartley (May 2014)

5. Discuss and act on election of officers

6. Field/Plant Operations Report

7. Consider and act on matters affecting the District providing sewer service and water service to Emerald Bay

8. Adjournment
