The Board of Directors of the Emerald Bay Municipal Utility District will meet in regular session on Monday, August 11, 2008, at 5:30 pm at the Emerald Bay Club, Emerald Bay, Bullard, Texas 75757, for the purpose of considering the following agenda:

1. Call to Order.

2. Approval of Minutes of July 14, 2008 Regular Meeting.

3. Approval of July 2008 Financial Reports.

4. Set tax rate for 2008.

5. Consider acceptance of the proposed Fire Control System Agreement with Emerald Bay Club, Inc. and Emerald Bay Homeowners Association.

6. Consideration of accepting responsibility for electrical inspections for new homes construction and for residential remodeling construction costing over 10,000 dollars within the Emerald Bay Homeowners Association boundaries, as per TEXAS RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION WARRANTIES AND BUILDING AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, effective September 1, 2008.

7. General open discussion about progressive water rates and about summer water usage patterns. Discuss establishing emergency notification procedures in case of water system outage or disruption.

8. Discussion about status of requests/responses for State-required service agreements from water and sanitary sewer service users.

9. Open discussion of the advisability of associating published water meter readings with Emerald Bay Club Member Numbers.

10. Field Operations Report (Rutherford).

11. Plant Operations Report (Harris).

12. Consider and act on matters related to providing water service and sanitary sewer service by the District.

13. Adjournment.
